Consulting Services Through The Resource Center
The Resource Center's consulting services match highly skilled professionals with nonprofit organizations to provide on-site, intensive, project-specific assistance with management issues and challenges. We concentrate in the following areas of organizational development:
- Board Development
- Strategic Planning
- Fundraising Assessment and Planning
- Human Resources
- Marketing/Public Relations
- Program Design and Evaluation
The Resource Center staff provides the consultation or will facilitate the relationship between consultants and nonprofits by serving as the first point of contact for potential clients, assessing organizational needs, and matching the appropriate consultant with an organization. This is a fee for service program. For more information, call the Center at (951) 686-4402 ext. 162.
Why Use Consultants?
Running a nonprofit organization, while rewarding, presents unique challenges that need comprehensive and positive solutions. Whether a nonprofit organization needs to develop a more effective Board of Directors, improve their human resources program, or plan for the future of the organization, it can be helpful to involve an outside consultant or facilitator.
How to Get Started?
1. Together, we will analyze your situation to determine if we can help you. Call 951-686-4402 ext. 162
2. We help you define your project goals. We research and identify the proper consultant to assign to your project.
3. We will send you a written proposal detailing project objectives, work activities, work schedules, work deliverables, project fees and payment terms.
4. If you accept our proposal, we set a mutually acceptable date to begin our collaboration. We guarantee your final deliverable.
