The Resource Center for Nonprofit Management (RCNM) reserves the right to cancel any workshops due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event RCNM cancels a workshop and payment has already been made, full refunds will be issued without subtracting a processing fee.

For Registrants: If request for cancellation is received no less than 3 business days prior to the event, a refund of the amount paid will be issued, minus a $15 processing fee.  An alternate representative from the same organization may be sent in lieu of the original registrant.

If request for cancellation is received within 2 or less business days of the scheduled event, or after the event, a credit voucher will be issued for the amount paid, good on future RCNM trainings of equal or lesser value.
